I loved Sesame Street and Electric Company when I was little. When I was a little older 9 or 10, I really loved Scooby Doo cartoons. I also remembered Super Friends being a highlight of my Saturday mornings.
I have very vague memories of Romper Room. I don’t think my mom cared for it very much so I hardly ever watched it.
By the way, a great DVD for little kids is the Schoolhouse Rock one. My son loved those when he was little and the songs are so darned catchy and bring up great memories.

I remember Bozo and Romper Room… but just barely. I guess I was too young.
I also remember Wonderama – I think it was on Sundays (for about 2 hours I think). I still remember the songs –”Kids are People too” , and “Does Anybody Here Have an Ardvark”
I just loved the Little Rascals – I wish I could buy the DVDs.

I’m almost 40 and when I was little I watched Sesame Street, Casper, Scooby-doo, and Romper Room. When I watched Romper Room, I would sit glued to the tv, especially at the end, when the lady held up that mirror and would say “I see……” and she would say names….I waited to for her to say my name…lol. Oh, and Captain Kangaroo! And, dare I say, Mr. Rogers…lol.

Cartoons I liked the Tasmanian Devil, Bugs Bunny, Scooby ruled though! Then as I got a little older I loved the Honeymooners, Gilligan’s Island, I Love Lucy, Patty Duke Show when they ran the reruns. But my all time favourite even today is Little House on the Prairie Nothing and I mean nothing will ever top Little House!
Oh yeah I forgot about Bozo and Capt. Kangaroo and the New Zoo Review I loved them too.
